Pizza Hut Rostock, KTC in Rostock

I have to complaining just about one of coworkers he told me that he is the boss there a blonde skinny guy with some tats he took our order wrong i didnt accept his mistake..he was very rude and even cant understand his mother tongue correctly...we had to pay more an extra pizaa that we didnt other at all..the rude guy told us that was our mistake however we didnt touch the pizza at all and put it in the trash after payment...i think pizza hut dont care about the costumers at all...otherwise they would do Something to this boss or whatever he is...many of my friends had the same issue with this unnormal guy.

Probably due to the current situation, but very long waiting time and ordering is only possible via smartphone and QR code.

Pizza is just awesome there, top price a bit more expensive you might think but for what you get there just great, Price performance ratio 👍🏼🔥💯 Staff also very friendly 👍🏼✔️

The very last shop! Let the phone ring for 20 minutes and not answer, top performance. And then just kept pushing away. We wanted to order to be picked up but apparently it was not possible. Never again.

Service is disastrously slow. We waited 2 hours for our pizza, before that we asked 3 times. The employees are totally overwhelmed. And we weren't the only ones who had to wait that long.

Eat good. But very cold

I ordered a pizza to be delivered today at 7/7/19. She didn't arrive until after 9 p.m. even though I called 2 times and they apologized and made excuses. It is an absolute cheek. I will never order from the store again.

Was here at 5pm with family / two kids. Otherwise only one table was occupied at that time. We sat at a large round table. The table top was clearly soiled, the waitress came and put the menus and coloring pages for the children on top of it. I pointed this out and asked that the table be cleaned. The table was wiped down and the same menus laid out again. The drinks came later, and two wheat beers were poured well below the mark. I spoke to the waitress about it and pointed with my finger ... she left the table with a nice smile ... I couldn't locate the promised WLAN ... so I used the neighboring WLAN. ..... luckily every pizza was of the usual quality ... but not for us in this place anymore

Very tasty but even the small pizza 🍕 was too much but very good. Our service was very friendly and courteous. Also took the time to exchange a few words

Failed! We wanted to order a pizza with cheese crust each with four people at 7:00 p.m. According to the staff, we could only have ordered the classic or pan pizza. We then left again.

Long waiting time, very unfriendly staff. Don’t ruin your day and expectations. Clearly the staff and the boss doesn’t cares about the place.

Knew Pizza Hut only from the USA, find the prices here for such small mini pizzas excessive. No comparison to Pizza Hut in the US. For me no more reason to come here.

Called 5 times over a period of one hour and no one answered. Ordered elsewhere. Very annoying!

Great taste, but long waiting time and unfriendly service ... There are definitely better spots in Rostock to enjoy Pizza.

Very bad, we would have to wait almost 40 minutes, I find it very expensive. They only have normal and large although the menu also says medium. For a pizza with drinks I would have to pay 20 euros and it wasn't even tasty. I would never pay too much again because the brand comes from the USA 😖

Wouldn't give a star if I could wait 1 1 / 2h, orders had to be made on their own initiative, you had to get the card yourself and draw attention to yourself, the wrong pizza was delivered, a pizza didn't even arrive, nothing would have been done or spoken to we are still sitting there -> no action by the staff, pizza not through, neighboring tables were not partially cleared, dirty general condition Music was okay

After a very long time I walked out of a restaurant. The staff completely messed up our order. We waited for 1 hour with a small baby hoping for a 'quick lunch'. God were we in for a surprise. We asked the staff to find out about our food and then came the sudden realisation that our order wasn't processed in the kitchen. We decided to get out at this point. They asked if we would pay for the Pepsi's we ordered. This was obviously a good joke, please do not waste your time or money. Once upon a time I used to really light with joy when I saw a pizza hut. Now it's a shell of what the brand used to be. Sad state. 0 stars.

Very bad service, staff hardly speak German. You should plan a lot of time for eating. Unfortunately, even after a long wait, the pizza was not completely baked. We then completely renounced the dessert and would not visit this place again. We were here during the week, around 5pm. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Hello, we are absolutely not nagging, but what we experienced there today at the Pizza Hut was not at all. The shop was dirty and the staff was totally overwhelmed. After a long disregard, we got up and left. During that time we saw that half of the guests left the shop angrily. Nobody was served. Got the feeling the staff was right. A lot of work for the management if they want to get through the summer.

Bad service very slow, 2 hours to get a pizza, we saw more than 4 tables leave without even eating ..... never again pizza hut in Rostock

The first and last time, half of the card was missing and half of the order was forgotten. Just disappointing. Mainly because the service was also underground. Very unmotivated employees ...

Disgusting pizza. Very fetty, looked and tasted like it was boiled in oil. Will not go to Pizza Hut anymore.

They bearly understood what we wanted to order... tried both German and English. Did not deliver all orders to the table. Avoid, avoid, avoid...

Durschittlicher Service

Unfortunately we waited a long time until we were served. Definitely 20 min. After the order was taken, it also took another 15 min until the drinks arrived. After all, they apologized for it. The pizza itself was delicious. Just Pizza Hut !! Maybe coordinate a little better so it runs smoother.

First time I had a pizza from Pizza Hut. I regret why I chose this over many Italian restaurants. Pizza was real garbage and I’m sure it was a frozen pizza. Cheese tasted nothing. Avoid franchises like this at all cost

Euorpe is full of local pizzerias serving amazing pizza. This was my first time at any commerical pizza chain in Germany and the experience was very bad. Everything except Pizza was good. Pizza in my opinion was not properly cooked. Would recommend to some local pizzeria instead of Pizza Hut.

Avoid at any cost. We were there for the "all you can eat" lunch buffet which seemed cool for a pizza place. We were pointing to the buffet, showing the banner stand at the door with the price, trying to pronounce the word "Buffet" in any language and accent we could and the unfriendly waiter was assuring us he understands our English and what we want but we still had to choose between two suggested items he was pointing at in the menu. To make a long story short we ended up being forced to order something else instead of the buffet and after lots of unnecessary discussions with him, the manager was at the table changing our order reluctantly. Afterall, the pizza quality is super low, they add a huge amount of oil to the pizza bread such that the bread smells like a bottle of sunflower oil. Their cola drink is called "Pepsi" tastes more like water and sugar and differs a lot from common Pepsi. Their poor quality of food, behavior, and friendliness does not even deserve one star.
